To request account deletion, send a request from the same phone, Telegram, or messenger account used to access Craftee.

What will be deleted

• Profile data used by the customer app.
• Saved addresses and fulfillment preferences.
• Favorite products and current cart data.

What may remain

Order, payment, audit, and fraud-prevention records may remain when retention is required by law or operational security.
