These terms apply to the Craftee customer app and website. By using Craftee, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate order, delivery, and contact information.

Orders

Product availability, pickup windows, prices, and quantities may change before an order is confirmed. Orders are fulfilled through the pickup point selected in the app.

Account

You are responsible for access to your account and for actions made from your authenticated session.

Limitations

Craftee may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when required for operations, maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
